Designed in 3D. Printed with precision. Finished by hand. Each piece is produced layer-by-layer using precision FDM 3D printing and plant-based PLA. It then goes through post-processing, painting and hand-finishing before being carefully quality checked and packed. Minor variations in texture and finish are a natural part of the individual making process.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. We’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Returns: Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

Refunds: Once the issue is verified and approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for our made-to-order/customized pieces.
