Return & Refund

We want you to love what you receive. Since each piece is carefully 3D printed and finished for you, we follow a simple return policy.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. We’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Returns: Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

Refunds: Once the issue is verified and approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for our made-to-order/customized pieces.

Do not use harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners.

Handle with care, especially around delicate details and smaller elements.

A little care keeps your piece looking beautiful, detailed, and timeless.

Each piece is 3D printed individually, so minor variations in texture, layer lines, and finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of the 3D-printing process.

Colors may vary slightly from the images due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

PLA is heat-sensitive. Keep the product away from high temperatures, direct heat, candles, diyas, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Small decorative details may be delicate. Handle with care during unpacking and placement.
