Made from plant-based PLA (Polylactic Acid), the piece is lightweight while allowing us to reproduce fine sculptural details with precision.

The final piece is hand-finished with decorative paints and coatings, giving the Narsingh relief its distinctive gold, black and red appearance.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. We’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Returns: Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

Refunds: Once the issue is verified and approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for our made-to-order/customized pieces.
