Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Following are the accepted reasons for return:
* Wrong design/model received
* Fitting error
* Defective piece

No refund/return will be entertained if:
* You don't like the design
* You ordered the wrong model


To start a return, you can contact us at askamoghs@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

  • You can apply for a refund over email while cancelling the order within 3 hours of order if you have placed the order mistakenly or have ordered wrong product.
  • Once dispatched, no cancellation will be entertained for any reason.
  • You can email us to cancel the order and if you have made the payment already, the refund will be made as mentioned above.
  • Refund will be credited within 3-7 Working days through the same mode of payment using which the payment was made.

Replacements/Exchange
Once verified & approved, all returns are eligible for replacement/exchange. Please follow our instruction mail for quicker hassle-free replacement process. You can further read our replacement policy to know more.

Refunds
Refunds are eligible only in case of cancellation or in case we are not able to dispatch replacements or special approval by admin. In case of cancellation, refunds are automatically transferred back to original mode of payment within 3-7 working days. In case of returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
