Replacement Policy

If your Amogh's piece arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge.

How it works

1. Email us at askamoghs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number, clear photos and an unboxing video recorded from the sealed package onwards.
3. Once verified, we send a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we refund the amount paid to your original payment method.

Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. Minor variations in texture or finish are a natural part of 3D printing and hand-finishing.
